Abstract:

To provide an effervescent oral solid preparation that enhances tongue/submandibular gland saliva secretion and sustains the tongue/submandibular gland saliva secretion, and that is not harmful to the oral mucosa and tooth enamel.SOLUTION: Provided is an effervescent oral solid preparation containing the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) spice extract by 0.001 mass% or more and 0.11 mass% or less; (B) carbonate by 7 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less; (C) organic acid or salt thereof, and in which the number of moles of the acid group of the component (C) is 50 mmol/100 g or more and 600 mmol/100 g or less, and the ratio of the number of moles (mol) of the component (B) to the number of moles (mol) of the acid group of the component (C) [the number of moles (mol) of (B)/the number of moles of the acid group (mol) of (C)] is 0.25 or more and 3.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
