To provide an elastic adhesive hard to take soils, a tiling wall using this elastic adhesive and a partial-tiling wall.

The elastic adhesive is provided, in which the contact angle of water of its cured product is ≤60°. Using this elastic adhesive the tiling wall is formed by sticking tiles on a wall surface so that the elastic adhesive may be exposed in the gaps of joints between the tiles. The partial-tiling wall is obtained by sticking tiles on a part of a wall surface with this elastic adhesive and finishing up by coating the part adjacent to the tiled part with this elastic adhesive. The elastic adhesive, whose cured product having a contact angle of water of ≤60°, is rich in hydrophilicity. Because of this, in case the tiles are attached to the wall surface using this elastic adhesive and the elastic adhesive is exposed in the gaps of the joints between the tiles or in case the finishing coating is provided, even if dirt adheres to the joints or the finishing coating part, it is easily washed off by rain and the like and the joints are hard to be fouled.
