Abstract:
PURPOSE: To use parts of rolling bearings fitted at both ends of a shell-like outer ring in common.
CONSTITUTION: Cam grooves 11 are provided at several positions on the periphery of the middle portion of a shell-like outer ring 10, a small-diameter cylinder section 12 is provided at one end, and a large-diameter cylinder section 13 is provided at the other end respectively. The difference between the inner diameter sizes of the cylinder sections 12, 13 at both ends of the shell-like outer ring 10 is adjusted by the outer diameter sizes of outer covers 41, 51 of rolling bearings 40, 50 provided in both cylinder sections 12, 13, the inner diameter sizes of the outer covers 41, 51 are set equal, then the same parts can be used for the inner covers 42, 52 and balls 43, 53 of both rolling bearings 40, 50 respectively.
