Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a track shoe with same life length as that of an integrated rubber crawler and facilitate replacement of the track shoe in the case of damage of the track shoe.
CONSTITUTION: A track shoe is constituted from an elastic body provided with an insertion hole for a bolt, a core body 2 comprising left/right both side wing parts and a track shoe mounting part 2a which is recessed in the grounding side, the track shoe mounting part 2a is formed by providing a fitting hole for the bolt, and the core body 2 which is buried in an elastic body 1 so as to be integrated is so formed by exposing the bolt fitting hole, its adjacent area, and a mounting face 8 of the track shoe mounting part 2a on a link respectively. The link side of the wing part 2b is formed by providing at least one of upper rib 7 and the tread face 9 side of the track shoe mounting part is formed by providing at least one of lower part ribs 5, 6.
