Abstract:
To provide an electric actuator which can inhibit restrictions from being imposed on its structure and assembly method.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 10 includes: a motor part 40 having a rotor 40a which may rotate around a center axis extending in an axial direction and a stator 43 located at the radial outer side of the rotor; a motor case part 32 which houses the motor part; and a stator fixing member 80 fixed to an interior of the motor case part. The motor case part has a peripheral wall part 32b enclosing the radial outer side of the stator. The stator has a stator core 43a which is fitted in the peripheral wall part. The stator fixing member is fitted in the peripheral wall part and fixes the stator core to the interior of the peripheral wall part while supporting the stator core from one axial side. A linear expansion coefficient of the peripheral wall part is larger than a linear expansion coefficient of the stator core. A difference between the linear expansion coefficient of the peripheral wall part and a linear expansion coefficient of the stator fixing member is smaller than a difference between the linear expansion coefficient of the peripheral wall part and the linear expansion coefficient of the stator core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
