Abstract:
To provide an electric adhesive sheet expressing stable electric adhesion effects and achieving cost down; and production method thereof.
This electric adhesive sheet 10 is formed by combining silicone gel 30 having viscoelasticity, urethane rubber or butadiene rubber into a porous sheet 20 laminated of at least two layers, where one layer 20A of the porous sheet is arranged at surface positions of the silicone gel 30, urethane rubber or butadiene rubber, and the other layer 20B of the porous sheet is arranged in the silicone gel 30, urethane rubber or butadiene rubber. The porous sheet 20 can be a mesh sheet having a grid form formed by crossing fibers 22 comprising an organic polymer material lengthwise and breadthwise.
