PURPOSE: To simplify constitution of an apparatus and make it compact, by a method wherein an electric apparatus such as a transformer using a coil in sheet form, and the coil is made of sheet conductors and a pair of winding starting lead wire and winding end lead wire are connected commonly to the coil.

CONSTITUTION: An insulation material 2 is inserted between turns of a coil 1 formed in wide sheet, and padding 31W33 is arranged in the vertical direction of the coil 1. A winding starting lead wire 4 and a winding end lead wire 8 are connected to the coil 1 by means of brazing or welding. In order to fix the lead wire 4 during the coil winding work, a jig fixing notch 402 is provided at lower portion of the lead wire 4 and the lead wire 4 is tightened and fixed to a core- like insulation tube 5 by a fixing jig 10. Sheet width of the coil 1 is taken as wide as possible thereby the number of coils in parallel arrangement may be reduced, and insulation 2 between coil turns and longitudinal spacers 61, 62 for duct cooling need not be divided in the vertical direction.
