Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector for connecting the circuit boards arranged approximately in parallel with one another, by comprising a contact which properly keeps the position in the height direction of a contact part on an originally designed position without loosening a mount part to a housing when the load is applied to the contact part mounted on an elastic spring part by one of the circuit boards.
SOLUTION: An electric connector 1 connects the circuit boards 30, 40 to one another. A contact 20 of the electric connector 1 comprises an elastic spring part 26 having a contact part 26c extended to an upper part of a housing 10 and contacted with one of the circuit boards 40. Further the contact 20 comprises a pair of supporting parts 23, 24 located at both sides of the elastic spring part 26 and mounted on the other circuit board 30 for supporting the load acting on the contact part 26c.
