Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate floating oil in oil contained bilge water from water by providing an oil-water separating tank for storing the oil contained bilge water, and a distributing water pipe for making upper layer oil overflow to a waste oil tank by the oil contained bilge water fed into an oil-water separating tank and making lower layer water overflow to a drain tank from an upper end outlet so as to separate oil and water from each other.
SOLUTION: When a recovery pump is driven, oil contained bilge water 4 in a bilge cup or a bilge tank is also sucked, led to a water filling port 15 through a suction pipeline and filled into an oil-water separating tank 12 from the water filling port 15. The oil contained bilge water 4 in the oil-water separating tank 12 collides with a baffle plate 29 in the oil-water separating tank 12 from the water filling port 15, and water is separated into a lower layer, and oil is separated into an upper layer by specific gravity difference. The oil is stored in a waste oil tank, and only the water is returned to the bilge cup or the bilge tank. Maintenance of bilge waste oil treatment can therefore be reduced, and cost can be reduced.
