Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an effective use of a space in a box body by moving an elevating/ lowing rod capable of simultaneously locking/unlocking all drawers in the vertical direction by an electromagnetic solenoid arranged on side surfaces of the box body.
SOLUTION: An automatic locking device 21 having an electromagnetic solenoid 29 is fitted to an upper rear side of an inner side on one side of a cabinet box body 1. When an electromagnetic cylinder lock 35 is locked, a shaft 29a of the solenoid 29 is retracted, and a turning link 26 is turned counterclockwise. An elevating/locking rod 6 is slightly elevated through an oscillation plate 17, and a depressing projection provided on the elevating/lowering rod 6 covers the forward side of a projection provided on a side of a drawer 2, and all drawers 2 can be locked in a non-drawing manner. When energization to the solenoid 29 is stopped, the shaft 29a is extended, and the elevating/lowering rod 6 is lowered by its self-weight, and the drawers 2 are unlocked in a drawing manner. A space toward the end direction of the drawers can be effectively made use of, and an electric locking/unlocking device can be easily installed only by adding the electromagnetic solenoid to the cabinet having a conventional toppling-preventive device.
