PURPOSE: To facilitate the connection and disconnection of a connection terminal and to improve the efficiency of inspection operation by performing electric inspection while bringing a soldered part which projects on the surface of a sample into contact with a contact terminal energized by an elastic body.

CONSTITUTION: Three rod 9 are inserted in a free elevation state into the upper support plate 8 of a terminal base 7 on the turntable 5 of a video inspection device 1 and the respective rods 9 are energized upward by springs 14. The display panel 2 of an automobile is set as the sample on a support base 6 and then respective soldered parts 20 on the reverse surface of a printed board 17 are pressed against the head parts 10 of the respective rods 9 to come into secure contact. Electricity is supplied to a display device 4 through an electric cord 13, the rods 9, and the soldered parts 20 ad a pilot lamp 15 illuminates when a pilot lamp 18, a resistance 19, etc., are connected to the printed board 17 as prescribed. The display panel 2 is photographed by a photographing device 3 to inspect whether the display device 4 is on or not and whether the display device 4 is fitted to the display panel or not.
