PURPOSE: To obtain a flexible and moisture resisting one by installing a thermosetting resin layer with a prescribed thickness on synthetic-fiber-make non woven fabric with a prescribed thickness and a second thermosetting resin layer with a prescribed thickness and containing a flame retarder on both sides of the thermosetting resin layer so that the total thickness of the sheet or tape is less than a prescribed thickness.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic fiber non woven fabric with a thickness of 0.02-0.2mm and the first thermosetting resin layer of 10-100g/m2 installed thereon are made such that they are constituted of the second thermosetting resin layer of 50-500g/m2 containing a flame retarder and installed on both sides of the first thermosetting resin layer and its total thickness is less than 0.25mm. Thereby, it is possible to obtain an electric insulation sheet or tape which is flexible and retardant and also has good electric characteristics.
