Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify discharge operation and set the amount of discharge steplessly by controlling the open time of a shutter by an electric switching means and thereby controlling the discharge of rice. CONSTITUTION:Above discharge port 4 are arranged ring-shaped blocking plate 16a and umbrella-shaped blocking plate 16b in two stages, upper and lower. These blocking plates 16a, 16b control the action of the total weight of rice in enclosing chamber 3 upon shutter 7, limits the flow of rice from discharge port 4, and stabilizes the amount of flow from the discharge port 4 even if the amount of rice in enclosing chamber 3 is varied. Set dial 13 at mark 19 on panel 11a and push operation button 12. Then, solenoid 8 operates for a fixed time corresponding to the set amount of discharge, and thereby the amount of rice discharge is determined steplessly.
