Abstract:
A threshold calculation unit (123) calculates a threshold for determining an abnormality in a motor (5) on the basis of the calculation results of a rotation frequency σ value calculation unit (122), a normal state storage unit (124) stores the calculation results of an averaging operation unit (121) as the normal state of the motor (5), a load factor calculation unit (110) calculates the operating load factor of the motor (5), an FFT analysis results correction unit (125) corrects the FFT analysis results from an FFT analysis unit (112) when diagnosing, an FFT results correction matrix selection unit (118) selects a correction value for the FFT analysis results according to the operating load factor and the motor (5) operating frequency, and an abnormal state comparison unit (117) determines the operating state of the motor (5) on the basis of the threshold for determining a motor (5) abnormality and the correction value selected by the FFT results correction matrix selection unit (118), and if abnormal, displays the state on a display unit (11).
