A main frame structure is constituted by mutually connecting the vicinities of attachment portions of a front wheel 3 and a rear wheel 20 by a mold steel having a predetermined cross-sectional shape, or connecting a cylindrical member having a square cross-sectional shape sideways to mutually connect the attachment portions of the front wheel and rear wheel. The main frame is provided with a sub-frame for protecting batteries 2, and the sub-frame is covered with a cover having a decorative surface.
