Abstract:
To provide an electric parking brake device comprising a brake gap automatic adjustment mechanism using a foil cylinder, and an electric parking brake mechanism.SOLUTION: An electric parking brake device 1 comprises a brake gap automatic adjustment mechanism 10 and an electric parking brake mechanism 22. The brake gap automatic adjustment mechanism 10 is disposed between a first piton 9 and a second piston 13 in a state where one end part 12a is exposed from a cylinder body 6a of a foil cylinder 6 to the outside, and adjusts a distance in a cylinder shaft direction between the first piston 9 and the second piston 13. The second piston 13 is abutted to the one end part 12a of the brake gap automatic adjustment mechanism 10, a gear part 12f is disposed on the one end part 12a, and a reduction gear 22d of the electric parking brake mechanism 21 is connected to the gear part 12f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
