PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion apparatus and an electric power conversion system capable of preventing abnormal rise of input voltage.SOLUTION: The electric power conversion apparatus has a noise filter in a power supply line between an AC power and a converter. When an input voltage or input current to the converter is detected and when the detection result exceeds a preset value, the electric power conversion apparatus stops the converter from switching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
