Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system protection control device comprising a programmable logic controller function which can eliminate design errors as much as possible while having a certain degree of freedom of design.SOLUTION: A protection control device main body 10 is provided with a logical operation processing part 77 performing logical operation processing with respect to a plurality of protection relay arithmetic results and an input signal from the outside. The logical operation processing part 77 performs the logical operation processing based on logic circuit design data generated by a terminal device 60. The logic circuit design data includes basic logic circuit design data indicating a set of circuit diagrams of a plurality of basic logic circuits sequentially processed. Each basic logic circuit generates one intermediate output signal by subjecting p (p is an integer of two or more) input signals at maximum to logical operation. In this case, second and succeeding basic logic circuits can use the intermediate output signal having been operated as the input signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
