Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by improving yield when configuring a rotor yoke and to improve dimensional accuracy of an inner peripheral surface of a permanent magnet that is fixed on an inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke, with respect to a drive shaft in an outer rotor type multi-polar generator comprising a rotor in which permanent magnets are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke.SOLUTION: A rotor yoke is configured by spirally winding and cylindrically laminating a magneto-metallic band plate 37A which is formed by mutually coupling multiple yoke pieces 35 via a coupling part 36. The yoke piece 35 includes: an arcuate outer peripheral edge 35a constituting a part of an outer peripheral surface of the rotor yoke; a linear inner peripheral edge 35b constituting a part of an inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke; and a pair of side edges 35c connecting both ends of the outer peripheral edge 35a and the inner peripheral edge 35b and extending linearly. Portions of the mutually opposing side edges 35c of neighboring yoke pieces 35 closer to the outer peripheral edges 35a are coupled by the coupling part 36 that is bent in spirally winding the band plate 37A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
