An electric testing apparatus comprises a container in which a sample is accommodated, a voltage application section which applies a voltage to the sample accommodated in the container, a bubbling section which generates air bubbles by leading a bubbling gas into an insulating solution, atomizes an insulating component dissolved in the insulating solution into air bubbles, generates a mixed gas comprised of the bubbling gas and the atomized insulating component and supplies the mixed gas into the container, and a gas supply section which supplies the bubbling gas into the bubbling section.
