Abstract:
To provide an electric tool which can suppress oscillation and noise after changeover of a drive mode, and can maintain good workability and operability.SOLUTION: This electric tool comprises: a housing; a motor which is accommodated in the housing; a working part which performs a processing work by drive of the motor; rotational speed detection means which detects a motor rotational speed; changeover means which is provided on the housing, and performs changeover of a drive mode of the motor; and control means which controls the motor according to the drive mode. The drive mode includes: a first drive mode in which the motor is so controlled as to be rotated at a first rotational speed when the working part is in a working state, and the motor is so controlled as to be rotated at a second rotational speed lower than the first rotational speed when the working part is not in the working state; and a second drive mode in which the first drive mode and the second drive mode can be changed over, and the control means gradually changes the motor rotational speed after changeover between the first drive mode and the second drive mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
