To provide an electric valve restricted in the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts items and simplifying manufacturing processes.
This electric valve 1 includes: a valve body 4 having a valve chamber 2 and a valve hole 2a formed in the valve chamber; a valve element 3a opening and closing the valve hole; a can 11 projecting from the valve body; a stator coil 18 disposed outside of the can; a resin rotor 6 disposed inside the can to rotate with energized excitation of the stator coil; a screw pipe 7 fixed to the valve body; a resin valve spindle holder 8 formed freely to rotate with the rotor to open/close the valve hole with the valve element through a valve spindle 3 by screwing operation with the screw pipe; a valve closing spring 9 interposed between the valve spindle holder and the valve spindle to energize the valve element through the valve spindle in the valve hole opening/closing direction; and a stopper 17 for preventing the movement of the valve spindle holder and the rotor relative to each other in directions, in which the valve element opens/closes the valve hole, in cooperation with the valve closing spring.
