Title:
ELECTRIC WIRE HOLDER FOR HARNESS ASSEMBLY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008176972
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain an electric wire holder for a harness assembly capable of easily holding electric wires with an appropriate pressing force, and responding to any number of wires.

The electric wire holder 12 is fixed on a base body 11 with its arms 12a, 12b set at a constant interval, inside which, brushes 16a, 16b are fitted both headed inward. The brushes 16a, 16b are implanted in base parts 17a, 17b, which in turn are fixed to the arms 12a, 12b. A tip part of each brush 16a, 16b is in contact and engaged with each other. When a plurality of wires W are put through the brushes 16a, 16b, the wires W are held by the brushes 16a, 16b and temporarily hooked at a position of a given height. Further, the wires W are prevented from inadvertently moving in their length direction due to friction resistance force of the brushes 16a, 16b on them.
