To make it possible to, when the terminal at an end of an electric wire to be connected with the terminal of a relay is inserted into a cavity where the terminal at the end of the electric wire is to be inserted and anchored, easily determine the orientation of the inserted terminal at the end of the electric wire without directly visually checking a lance portion in the cavity, and thus enhance the terminal insertion workability and prevent the terminal from coming off.
An electrical connection box includes a cavity into which the terminal at an end of an electric wire to be connected with the terminal of a plug-in relay is inserted. In the box, a lance portion for anchoring the terminal of the end of the electric wire is protruded from the center of the inner face of the peripheral wall encircling the cavity on one side. A lance position indicating projection or recess for indicating a position where the lance portion is protruded is provided in the end face of the cavity peripheral wall encircling an opening on the terminal insertion side.
