Abstract:
To make it possible to detect a wear amount of a brake of an electrically-driven hoist using the same index even when current phases are different.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven hoist includes a hoisting motor, an electromagnetic brake part, a power supply part for supplying power to the hoisting motor and the electromagnetic brake part, a diagnostic part for estimating the state of wear of the electromagnetic brake part, and a diagnosis result output part. The electromagnetic brake part includes a brake wheel connected to the hoisting motor, a brake lining fixed to the brake wheel, a brake disc facing the brake lining, a link mechanism for pressing and releasing the brake disc to and from the brake lining, and a brake solenoid for driving the link mechanism. The diagnostic part estimates the wear amount of the brake lining on the basis of data obtained by measuring an AC current supplied to the electromagnetic brake part from the power supply part, and when a preset value is exceeded, outputs an alarm to the diagnostic result output part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
