Abstract:
To provide an electrically driven bed which eliminates the need for a large construction such as a lift on the perimeter of the bed while enabling transference to a wheel chair from a bed without any attending person.
A bed seat part 4 is provided with a frame 12, wheels 13a and 13b, a drive motor 14, a foot rest 15 and a running preparation means 16. The running preparation means 16 is provided with a back part erection means 17 for erecting a bed back part 3, a leg lifting/lowering means 18 to lift or lower legs of a bed upper leg part 4 and an arm rest arranging means 20 to arrange arm rests 19 above the sides of the bed seat part 4 while a running operation means 27 is provided at parts of the arm rests 19.
