Abstract:
To provide an electrochemical device in which characteristic deterioration of an electrochemical cell due to corrosion of a collector, decomposition of an electrolyte solvent, and the like which are caused by hydrogen fluoride generated by decomposition of an electrolyte is suppressed.
The present invention provides the electrochemical device using an electrolytic solution containing a nonaqueous solvent, an electrolyte, and a compound represented by formula 1 or 2. (In the formula, X and Y each independently represent hydrogen or a silyl group, and at least one of X and Y represents the silyl group.)
