Abstract:
To provide a method for accurately measuring an amadori compound.
This method for measuring amadori compound in a sample comprises a step for adding an electron carrier to an enzyme reaction system of the amadori compound with fructosyl amino acid oxidase and a step for measuring the electron transfer of the electron carrier by an electrochemical method to determine the amadori compound in the sample.
