The electroconductive double-sided adhesive sheet 1 for the electron microscope without using a substrate material includes installing releasing layers 3a and 3b formed from a releasing paper or a releasing liner on both surfaces of an adhesive layer 2 having an electroconductivity and formed by an electroconductive filler consisting of carbon powder, silver powder, copper powder, nickel powder or the like, and an adhesive resin formed from an acrylic resin, natural rubber or a styrene-butadiene-based resin, and substantially without containing an organic solvent.
