Abstract:
To prevent separation between a superconductive wiring and a device electrode during soldering or cooling for operating a superconductive device, in the cases where a pin of a coaxial connector in a metallic package for housing the device electrode and the superconductive device in a superconductive apparatus is soldered to manufacture an electrode drawing structure.
A CrO film 22A serving as a reaction layer where a material for making up a superconductive interconnecting wire 22 and that for making up the device electrode 24 react mutually is intervened between the superconductive interconnecting wire 22 and the device electrode 24.
