Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a solid high polymer type fuel cell, capable of enhancing efficiency in power generation without increasing a quantity of catalyst to be carried by an electron conductive particle.
SOLUTION: In this electrode for the solid high polymer type fuel cell comprising the electron conductive particle carrying platinum and an ion conductive polymer, a platinum particle produced by using a micro-emulsion method is added as much as 5-20% of entire platinum in the electrode.
