Abstract:
To provide an electrode unit capable of simplifying a structure and reducing costs for manufacturing, in a case where an electric wire and a thermocouple for a high frequency current are provided.SOLUTION: An electrode unit 1 comprises an electrode 2, a connector 5, a conductor for high frequency 13, and a thermocouple 10. The thermocouple 10 and one end of the conductor for high frequency 13 are connected to the connector 5, and the other end of the conductor for high frequency 13 is soldered integrally with a chromel wire 11 and an alumel wire 12 constituting the thermocouple 10 inside the electrode 2 so as to conduct with the electrode 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
