Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic type diaphragm pump having a simple structure.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic type diaphragm pump (1) comprises a pair of compression chambers (2) comprising a suction valve (20) and a discharge valve (21) and arranged on left and right sides, a pair of diaphragms (3) located between the pair of compression chambers and in contact with the pair of compression chambers, a case (4) covering the pair of compression chambers and the pair of diaphragms from the outside, and a vibrator (5) supported by the pair of diaphragms and capable of being reciprocated by an electromagnetic coil (6). The vibrator includes a supporting rod (51) connected to the diaphragms, and a spherical magnet (50) connected and fixed to the supporting rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
