Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of air bubbles due to gas dissolved in fluid.SOLUTION: A flow determination unit 16A determines the presence or absence of flow of fluid in a measurement tube by comparing a flow rate measurement value with a preset flow rate reference value. When the flow determination unit 16A determines the absence of flow of the fluid in a measurement tube P, an excitation control unit 16B restricts an excitation current IL to a current value lower than the excitation current at a normal measurement time. When the flow determination unit 16A determines the presence of flow of the fluid, the excitation control unit cancels the restriction of the excitation current IL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
