Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic pump which is small in size, high in output, and capable of increasing a pump performance.
SOLUTION: An electromagnetic pump is structured so that it is provided with a magnet exposed type oscillator 46 which is vibrated in the axial direction by the energization of an AC electromagnet 45, and an oscillator connects a connecting shaft 62 installed at its end part to diaphragms 24 and 25. This assumes that an electromagnetic pump sucks and discharges air in pump chambers 29 and 30 of which one side is partitioned by the diaphragms 24 and 25 by the operation of amplitude caused by the vibration of the oscillator 46. Also a permanent magnet 63 installed on the oscillator 46 is made of a magnet material of rare earth base, and an oscillator main body 61 on which the magnet 63 is installed is made of brass. Thus a gap (g) between the electromagnet 45 and permanent magnet 63 is reduced and the mass of the oscillator 46 can be increased.
