Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the positional deviation between electrodes in the electrode section of electric parts and a contactor when two plates are clamped at the time of bringing the contactor provided on one plate into contact with the electrode section with a prescribed contact pressure by clamping the plates while the electric parts are held between the two plates.
SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel (electric parts) 1 is held between upper and lower plates 11 and 12 and a contactor 14 provided on the lower plate 12 is brought into contact with the electrode section of the panel 1 with a prescribed contact pressure by means of a clamping means which clamps the plates 11 and 12. A guide pin 19 which positions both plates 11 and 12 at the time of clamping the plates 11 and 12 is attached to the upper plate 11 and a pin guide plate 22 is attached to the lower plate 12. In addition, a positioning piece 23 which can be brought into contact with the panel 1 is attached to the lower plate 12 and an elastic pressing member 26 which presses the panel 1 against the positioning piece 23 is attached to the lower surface of the upper plate 11.
