To provide an electromagnetic shielding nonwoven fabric which has high ventilation function, and also a dust removal function and masking function, has a bulky structure with excellent ventilation characteristics, and exhibits excellent electromagnetic shield performance.

Constituent fiber is thermally adhesive fiber and/or nonwoven fabric bonded by adhesive. The nonwoven contains synthetic fiber plated with metal of more than 5g/m2, has a surface density 30-300 g/m2, and air permeability 200-800 (cm3/cm2s) (by a Frazir method prescribed in JIS L1096).
