Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of abnormal sound by the discharge of electrostatic charges by preventing the electric charges from being electrified between the grids of the conductive mesh of an electromagnetic wave leakage prevention filter on the front surface of a PDP(plasma display panel).
SOLUTION: A filter base 11 is formed by mixing a pigment for correcting the light emission color of the PDP in colorless and transparent synthetic resin with an impact resistance property. A near infrared ray filter layer not shown in the figure is provided, an AR(anti-reflection) film 21 is adhered to one surface and the conductive mesh 12 is disposed to the other surface. An AG(anti-glaring) processing/AR processing film 22 is adhered on the conductive mesh 12 by an adhesive material 14, an antistatic layer 13 is formed by applying an antistatic agent on the AG/AR processing film 22 by spraying or bar coating and the side of the antistatic layer 13 is made to face the PDP and attached to the front surface of the PDP. The conductive mesh 12 is connected to ground. Or, the antistatic agent can be applied after performing a primer coating processing to the surface of the AG/AR film 22.
