Title:
ELECTRON BEAM-CURABLE ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PASTE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63205375
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title paste which has excellent printability and coatability and hardly causes change in electrical conductivity even at high temp. and humidity, consisting of a polyallyl comp., other compd. having an electron beam-reactive group, electrically conductive powder and a volatile solvent.

CONSTITUTION: A polyallyl compd. (A) mainly composed of a diallyl isophthalate oligomer is kneaded with optionally, a compd. (B) having an electron beam- reactive group other than the component A (e.g., an unsaturated polyester resin), 5W90wt.% electrically conductive powder (C) (e.g., acetylene black) and a vola tile solvent (D) (e.g., methyl ethyl ketone) to obtain an electron beam-curable paste. The paste is printed on a substrate or is applied to a substrate and option ally heated at room temp. or a lower temp. for a short time to remove the solvent. The paste is then irradiated with electron beams at an accelerating voltage of 150W300KV and a does of 3W30Mrad in air or an inert gas atmo sphere to cure it.
