To provide a method for forming welding components (32) by electron beam welding and also to provide a welding assembly obtained by using this method.
This method refers to the welding of the components (32) in which the components (10, 12), being made of different kinds of metals, are deviated from a contact face boundary (14) between the components (10, 12) to tend to be deflected to one of the components (10, 12) when an electron beam (20) passes through the contact face boundary (14). This method is also suitable for welding of the components (10, 12) whose contact face boundary (14) between them (10, 12) makes an arcuate shape. In this method, the beam (20) is magnetically oriented so as to pass through the contact face boundary (14) along a desired route.
