In the welding wire feeding device, a push roller (13) driven by a push side drive motor (18) is placed on the side of a pail pack (1) which winds and stows the welding wire (W) and a pull roller (19) driven by a pull side drive motor is placed on the side of a welding torch (5). The push side drive motor (18) comprises a torque motor which rotates with constant torque, and the rotational speed of the pull side drive motor is governed with signals from the welding control system.
