Abstract:

To obtain an electron gun that shortens a time for manufacturing a three-dimensional model from a metal powder material.SOLUTION: An electron gun includes a photocathode 18, a laser oscillator 11 and a collimation lens 12, which are a laser optical system for irradiation with a laser beam 20 for exciting the surface of the photocathode 18, and a DLP chip 13 positioned between the laser optical system and the photocathode 18 and adjusting the shape and amount of the laser beam 20 incident on the surface of the photocathode 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
