Abstract:
To provide a capacitor electrode capable of preventing the generation of minute discharge between a grounding electrode.
This electron gun is provided with a filament 1 for emitting the electron, a suppresser electrode 2 surrounding the filament 1, an extraction electrode for extracting the electron from the suppresser electrode 2 so as to form the electron beam, a capacitor electrode 4 for converging the electron beam and an accelerating electrode 5 for accelerating the electron beam. As the capacitor electrode 4, an electrode having about 104-1010 Ω.m of natural resistance and made of the semi-conductive ceramics is used.
