Abstract:
To provide an electron tube such as a fluorescent display tube, of which a ringless getter is mounted directly on a base board or the like, using a metal wire without having to use container housing getter material.
An aluminum wire 31 is put in a concave part 211 formed to a getter 21, and both end parts 311 of the aluminum wire 31 are fixed to an aluminum thin film 41 laid on a base board 11 through ultrasonic welding.
