Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that has a fail-safe function capable of directly or indirectly detecting abnormality of a charging cable on an electric apparatus side to improve the reliability of charging to a secondary battery, and to provide an electronic apparatus system.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus system is composed of a charger 10 and an electronic apparatus 20. The charger 10 includes a power output unit 12, an output stop unit 13, and a charging cable K. The electronic apparatus 20 is composed of a terminal part 30 and a secondary battery 40. The terminal part 30 includes a cut-off circuit 31, a shunt resistor 32, a current detection unit 33, a voltage detection unit 34, an impedance calculation unit 35, a charging-cable status determination unit 36, and an electrical path 37, and has an internal load 38. The impedance calculation unit 35 calculates the impedance Rof the charging cable K on the basis of the value of a charging voltage V, the value of a charging current I, the value of a secondary-battery charging current I-I, and the value of a secondary-battery charging voltage V.
