To enable installation of apparatus on a stable wall surface by giving directional property to the leading direction of a power supply cable and the other cables connected to the rear surface of the housing of an electronic apparatus on the occasion of installing the apparatus used under the self-standing condition or wall-hooking condition on the wall surface.
A concave area 6 is provided to the lower part of the rear surface of the housing of electronic apparatus and a connecting terminal is provided within the concave area 6 for connection of the power supply cord 33 and the other cables 32. Moreover, a stand 2 is mounted at the rear surface of the housing of electronic apparatus so as to rise and fall to support the electronic apparatus 1 in the rising state and to be placed in contact with the rear surface 12b of housing of apparatus in the falling state. Accordingly, the power supply cord and the other cables connected may be directed downward by leading these cables out of the housing of apparatus and the space surrounded by the stand 2. Moreover, in this case, since the power supply cable 33 and the other cables 32 can be held with the stand 2, the apparatus can be installed to the stable wall surface.
