Abstract:
PURPOSE:To avoid unevenness at print-out by generating a clock synchronized with a frequency of a commercial power supply and reading the information by a photoelectric transducer in synchronism with a generated clock so as to light a fluorescent lamp on market by a ballast. CONSTITUTION:The commercial power supply is fed to the fluorescent lamp ballast 1 on market, an AC/DC converter 5 supplying a DC to a control circuit 6 and a clock generating circuit 3 and the fluorescent lamp ballast 1 lights the fluorescent lamp 2. The clock generating circuit 3 generates a 100Hz clock in synchronism with the commercial power supply 50Hz, the clock is fed to a photoelectric transducer 4 to read a point without lightness change to transduce it into an electric signal. Thus, in case of print-out, no unevenness is eliminated and the on market fluorescent lamp ballast 1 lights the fluorescent lamp 2 to make the electronic blackboard device inexpensive.
