PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus having a tabular inverted F type antenna capable of being stored in a small case.SOLUTION: An electronic watch W as a portable electronic apparatus includes: a tabular first conductor element 51 having a power supply element 54 as the power supply part; a tabular second conductor element 52 having a ground part 55, which is disposed overlapped with the first conductor element in a plain view; a short circuit part 53 connecting the first conductor element to the second conductor element; and a non-conductive bottom plate 60 which is disposed between the first conductor element and the second conductor element and mounted with a step motor 58 and the like as a drive element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
