To solve such a problem that conventional electronic commerce systems are impossible to provide incentive to a selling enterprise with which an electronic commerce operating enterprise is continuously performing transaction.
A selling terminal 101 transmits enterprise ID and merchandise detail information as merchandise information 1001 together with assignment point information 1002, and an electronic commerce system 110 stores the merchandise information 1001 and the assignment point information 1002 by making those information correspond to each other. A purchasing terminal 102 transmits the merchandise information and the transaction information as merchandise transaction information 1003, and the electronic commerce system 110 stores the merchandise transaction information 1003. The electronic commerce system 110 calculates the number of points by referring to the enterprise ID and the transaction information from the merchandise transaction information 1003, and stores the merchandise ID and the number of points as point information by making those information correspond to each other. The mediation margin of the merchandise transaction is discounted by referring to the assignment point information 1002 made correspond to the merchandise information 1001 so that it is possible to provide incentive to the selling enterprise.
