This system is provided with a first information terminal 11 for encouraging a seller 10 who tries to sell the new merchandise to input information related with the new merchandise, a second information terminal 21 for encouraging a user who wants to purchase the new merchandise to input the purchase application, a storage means 20 for storing the merchandise information inputted by the first information terminal 11 and the purchase application information inputted by the second information terminal 21 by associating those information, and communication lines 50a and 50b for connecting the first information terminal 11, the second information terminal 21 and the storage means 20.
